Day One Access is a 魏泽福大学 program that allows students to purchase instructional 材料减价出售.  It also allows student access to those materials on the first day of class, hence the term “Day One Access.“即时访问可以 have a significant role in student success.  Through this program, the cost of materials is paid by the student at the same time as paying for course tuition and fees.  而 electronic course materials are the default option, students who prefer a print-text (again at a reduced price) may upgrade their purchase by visiting the bookstore.  Students may opt out of Day One Access, however those students are responsible for insuring the acquisition of instructional materials themselves.

To help students meet their educational expenses, 魏泽福大学 offers a convenient 网上付款选择. Students may select an installment plan and may choose to make payments from their 检查ing or savings account or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, 或发现信用卡. A $25.00 /学期, nonrefundable enrollment fee is the only cost to budget monthly payments.

A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT OF TUITION AND MANDATORY FEES, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL FEES, BY THE DUE DATE MAY BE PROHIBITED FROM REGISTERING FOR CLASSES 直到付清全部款项. A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SEMESTER 或术语, MAY BE DENIED CREDIT FOR THE WORK DONE THAT SEMESTER 或术语.

All students must register and obtain a College parking permit before operating their 校园内的车辆. Parking permits may be paid for at the Business Office. Parking permits must be picked up from the Campus Police Department. 许可证到期 in August of the current school year.

The Texas Legislature has mandated that a course repeated by a student more than twice at a public institution of higher education may not be reported for state funding. As a result, the institution must either pass the non-funded portion to all students 或者收取附加费. Consequently, 魏泽福大学 has chosen to assess a supplementary fee to only those students repeating the course more than twice. 为 courses being taken for the third time, students will be charged $50.00 /学期 每小时150美元.00 for a three-hour course) in addition to tuition and required 与课程相关的费用. Students will be notified at the time they register for a course that it has been taken twice at 魏泽福大学 and is subject to 附加费.

Students may request a waiver of the Three-peat fee based on hardship in the financial aid office where they will be informed about the procedures. 学生可能会收到 the waiver for no more than one time per class and no more than three times cumulatively.
